Troops 633 (males) & 1633 (females) focus on outdoor and high adventure activities. If you like camping, hiking, swimming, backpacking, mountain biking, kayaking, spelunking, rock climbing, or just spending time outdoors, you’ll enjoy spending time with us!
Both Troops are youth-led and operate via the patrol method with adult leaders there to support the Scouts.
We are part of the Tierra Rejada District in the Ventura County Council of the Scouts BSA and serve the communities and surrounding areas of Simi Valley. We welcome new families to learn more about our Troops.
Our weekly Monday meetings are from 7:30pm to 9:00pm and are held at the Simi Covenant Church in the fellowship hall at 4680 Alamo St, Simi Valley, CA 93063.
Troops 633 and 1633 are thrilled that for the first time in history, the iconic program of the Boy Scouts of America is open to young women as well as young men, all of whom will have the chance to earn Scouting's highest rank, Eagle Scout. |
